The Company's mission has, over recent years been to reposition WSRC as a multifaceted, natural resource company with its focus on innovative methodologies for conservation, restoration, preservation, and beneficial use of water, land, agriculture, minerals, and energy. True to this mission, in September 2022, the Company acquired 100% of Mitigation Solutions, LLC (MSL) now a wholly owned subsidiary of WSRC. With the acquisition of MSL by WSRC, MSL's Principals have joined the WSRC management team. Scott Hastings was appointed to the WSRC Board of Directors and became its Chief Operating Officer. Jeff H. Jones was named Special Advisor to the WSRC Board of Directors. MSL's Principals and team members bring a combined 200 years of disaster response/relief, mitigation, and restoration experience to the Company. MSL has, since September 22, 2022, successfully contracted, and initiated a $1.5 Billion mitigation project which is currently underway.

WSRC projects include: 1) Establishing new water storage, delivery systems, and improved habitat. 2) Repurposing natural materials for regenerative farming. 3) Irrigation and cultivation of high value crops for human and livestock consumption. 4) Sustainable manufacture of construction materials from agricultural products. 5) Development of affordable housing using materials made from sustainable, renewable resources such as industrial hemp. 6) Exploration and microscopic (environmentally friendly) recovery of precious metals and other minerals as a hedge against global currency fluctuation. 7) Development of patented technologies for conservation of energy, and implementation of alternative renewable “off-grid” energy sources In every project area, the Company is committed to responsible stewardship of natural and renewable resources while generating a range of services, products, and opportunities sensitive to the planet, and yet beneficial for both the consumer and the Company's shareholders.
