HempMeds® is the main retail and wholesale division of the Company and directly distributes products in the United States and through wholly owned subsidiaries in Mexico and Brazil. The HempMeds® products include: Applicators, Tinctures, Liquids, Salves, Body Butters, Roll-Ons & Beauty Products HempMeds® Mexico is the first Mexican cannabis company, established in 2016 with offices in Monterrey. HempMeds® Brazil has three products approved for importation into Brazil as a prescription medication for multiple conditions including Epilepsy, Parkinson’s, Chronic Pain, Psoriasis, Cancer, Alzheimer’s, Diabetes, ALS, Multiple Sclerosis and Migraines. The Brazilian health care system is HempMeds® Brazil's single largest client and HempMeds® products are currently subsidized by the Brazilian government. 3. Kannaway®, our largest division, is a direct selling division selling our CBD products worldwide. 4. The Company’ manufacturing, production and distribution facility is located in Vista, California. The facility is registered with the FDA and the State of California Department of Public Health and has been issued a Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) certificate. Our manufacturing facility provides small-to-large scale Research & Development, Manufacturing, Logistics, Bottle Filling, Kitting, Assembly, Warehousing and Storage.
