Revenue is either a revenue share with a minimum guarantee or threshold, or a fixed monthly payment. Contract periods of 5-10 years+ provide a long-term, recurring revenue stream. The model allows MNOs to focus spending on new technologies while being able to reach remote areas which is often a condition of their licences. NuRAN's products bring communications to previously unserved areas and also support mobile payment transactions, both which bring a tremendous boost to local economies. Products and services

NuRAN's core product is its line of radio access network (RAN) solutions or base station radios. There are 3 main products: the GSM Litecell 1.5, the OC-2G and the Litecell XG, each with varying coverage radius, power consumption and 2G/3G/4G capabilities. The Company also has core network and backhaul products including its Nexus Core Network, a complete 2G & 3G soft core network for small to medium-sized operations. NuRAN’s main business model is its Network as a Service (NaaS) offering, a solution whereby the Company not only provides the network equipment, but finances, builds, manages and maintains the cellular sites. The Company also manages all site selection, planning and acquisition as well as optimisation via a remote Network Operations Centre (NOC). Revenue is by way of a revenue share with a minimum guarantee or threshold, or a fixed monthly payment. The Company also offers its equipment for purchase or lease by MNOs and others such as system integrators and other third parties that install the equipment on behalf of MNOs.
