In August 2023, the Company announced the completion of a Preliminary Economic Assessment (PEA). MinRes, the fifth largest global lithium producer, has entered into an exploration agreement with NMTLF in Manitoba to fund the Company's exploration activities, with a 2023/24 budget for the Lithium Division of $7.3 million. NMTLF currently has 14 projects. Many of the projects are near the Tanco Mine, Canada's only lithium producer. In early 2023, NMTLF acquired three additional 100% owned projects in Northern Manitoba and is actively seeking option/joint venture (JV) partners to further develop these assets. The Company is also looking for an option/JV partner for its 100% owned road-accessible Genesis (Battery Metals) PGM/Copper/Nickel project in Alaska. NMTLF's philosophy is to be a project generator, aiming to option its projects with major and junior mining companies through to production.
