The company has filed a provisional patent with the U.S. Patent Office in the first quarter of 2021 which will be entitled “Hydrogen Supply Way and Device… “. The company has created various formulas and processes that it intends to patent and/or copyright for future use and licensing. The following list comprises some but not all of our intellectual property: I. Patented/Patent Pending Intellectual Property —> 1) Pick-Up-Oil = This is a proprietary carbon sorbent for oil collection. 2) Hybrid Electrochemical Energy System = This represents a patented battery system employing advanced manufacturing techniques for solid state electrolytes, accompanying large capacity anodes due to a unique design that created higher specific energy due to air oxygen acting as a depolarizer. II. Exclusive Rights License Technology 1) Turbine Energy Project – This is a multi-patented Wind Turbine Technology invented and owned by Dr. Yuri Abramov, the “Licensor”. It increases the efficiency of electrical power production triggered by wind. The Company will pay a 6% licensing fee until such time as $10 million has been paid to the “Licensor”, at which time the patent shall be transferred to the Company and the “Licensor” shall receive an option for up to 2% of the total issued and outstanding stock.
