The Bank, which is the Company's primary operating subsidiary, was incorporated as a Pennsylvania bank on May 11, 2001 and opened its doors on November 6, 2001. Through its 10 full-service banking offices located in Lehigh and Northampton Counties, Pennsylvania, and its digital banking platform, the Bank offers a range of financial products and services traditionally associated with community banks intended to meet the depository and credit needs of individual consumers, small and medium sized businesses and professionals in its market area.
