Products and services

Sustainable Energy and Green Building Technologies: The Company currently has three sustainable energy and green building technologies in licensing and development under our technology licensing and contract manufacturing agreements. We work with our inventors to innovate, develop and test their product concepts and applications, to build application-ready prototypes, to develop the technology marketing strategies, and work with the independent distributors as well as the contract manufacturers to get final products to consumers. While the Company does not create or originate the technologies behind the products, we provide these valuable services to enable the inventors of the technologies to take their innovations from concept to market. The Company has identified and is working directly with several contract manufacturers to allow us to scale manufacturing capacity to meet expected product demand. Green Construction: Through our Canadian and California subsidiary corporations, we engage in general contracting and construction management for the green construction industry. Currently, our Canadian subsidiary, a licensed Alberta general contractor, is fulfilling several construction projects in Alberta, Canada. Our California subsidiary has a pending general contractor application with the CSLB and on January 25, 2022, signed a staffing and administrative services agreement to manage the eco-renovation of commercial space in a major U.S. military base.
