Citizens Bancshares Corporation (collectively with its subsidiaries, the “Company”) is a holding company that provides a full range of commercial banking services to individual and corporate customers through its wholly owned subsidiary, Citizens Trust Bank (the “Bank”) and CTB Financial Services, LLC. The Bank engages in a full complement of lending activities, including consumer/installment loans, mortgage loans, home equity lines of credit, construction loans, SBA, and commercial loans, with particular emphasis on small business loans. The Bank also offers a wide range of commercial and consumer deposit accounts, including non-interest bearing checking accounts, money market checking accounts (consumer and commercial), negotiable order of withdrawal (“NOW”) accounts, individual retirement accounts, time certificates of deposit, sweep accounts, and regular savings accounts.
