There are no guarantees and the Company is providing NO assurance that it could close this acquisition. Even if the Company was able to close the acquisition, the Company provides NO assurance that it could raise sufficient capital to finance the phase III clinical trials that is needed before the acquired company could start generating revenue or operating income. In addition, even if the Company closed the acquisition, there is NO assurance of raising sufficient capital to finance the phase III clinical trial.
