On January 30, 2025 Kashin, Inc. (the "Corporation") entered into a share exchange agreement with McConnell Technology LLP., an Alberta limited liability partnership (the "MT LLP"). Subject to the terms and conditions of the agreement, the Corporation agreed to transfer to the members of the MT LLP, Eighty Five Million (85,000,000) common shares of Corporation, in exchange for one hundred percent (100%) of the outstanding membership interests of the MT LLP such that the Corporation will become the 100% shareholder of MMTC and MMTC shall become a wholly owned subsidiary of Corporation. The current Business of Kashin, Inc., Doing Business As McConnell MaxiFusion Technologies, through its subsidiary McConnell Moran Technology Corporation, is conducting Scientific Research and Experimental Development ("R&D") on an electricity generation system that does not use fossil fuels or uranium for an energy source but instead utilizes thermo fusion energy. A patent has been approved on this new technology which has been recognized as "novel". The company will complete its R&D process in 2025 with plans for assembly, distribution and commercial marketing in 2026.

Products and services

The new product is called the McConnell Electricity Generation System (MEGS), and will be marketed in the initial size to produce 500 Kilowatts (approx) of electricity, which is sufficient for a subdivision of up to 250 residential homes. The company will produce larger units of 1.5 Megawatts to 5 Megawatts in the next 5 years. The sales and servicing of these MEGS Units will be provided by Distributors under licensing contracts with the company.
